The Area Centralis Lens is excellent for critically evaluating and treating subretinal neovascularisation and changes from macular degeneration, retinal vascular occlusions, diabetic macular edema, proliferative diabetic retinopathy and other retinal conditions. It is ideal for focal laser treatment of these conditions providing excellent magnification combined with good field of view. This lens is designed for use within the range of motion of your slit lamp biomicroscope, without compromise of image binocularity or stereopsis.
