The Nidek Auto-Keratometer KM-500 is a handheld unit which allows more accurate measurements to be taken from all types of patients that may present problems with more traditional instruments. Readings can be achieved quickly, with the instrument offering a wide observation window, a clear target ring with blinking speed variation for speedy alignment and an easy to read LCD display for both left and right eye data. This unit transfers full data to a printer via infrared and provides 60 minutes of continuous measurements on a single charge, with recharging taking approximately 90 minutes.

This unit provides accurate data as well as special sagittal - K readings and is ideal for domiciliary use.
