This chart is designed for eyesight testing at 3m and has a visual ccuity range 10/80 to 10/8 (20/160 to 20/16 equiv). 

Eye Chart Measures 23 X 35.5cm and can be wall mounted or used with our SDT-399-LSV Illuminated Cabinet. 

Used for vision testing in children by school nurses. House, Apple and Umbrella are recognizable optotypes that are easily identifiable to preliterate children.
